Kim Conner joined the HHLT board of directors in 2008. She is a web designer and IT consultant who has lived in Cold Spring since 1991. Kim is currently a member of the Philipstown Planning Board. She grew up in Montana and northern California, and spent the 1980s in New York City. "When my family moved to Silicon Valley in 1971, there were still many orchards and working farms in Santa Clara County. Only a quarter-century later, nearly all are gone, lost to the demands of an ever-expanding population. Here in Philipstown, we have an opportunity to preserve our open spaces while promoting smart, sustainable growth. The Hudson Highlands Land Trust has been an invaluable partner for Philipstown in planning for our community’s future, and I am happy to join them in that effort."
